I am conducting a web-based survey on philosophers’ and scientists’ judgments
about intentionality in the context of scientific research. I would like to ask
you to complete a very brief (approximately 5 minutes) questionnaire on-line.

identifiable in any way.  All responses are confidential, and results will be
kept under lock and key.
