Midwest Junto
for the History of Science 
47th Annual Meeting
April 2-4, 2004

The Linda Hall Library of Science, Engineering & Technology invites
faculty, students, and independent scholars to participate in the
Midwest Junto for the History of Science annual meeting. This conference
will meet April 2-4, 2004, at The Linda Hall Library in Kansas City,
Missouri.

Short papers (15 minutes) on any topic in the history of science,
technology, and medicine, or the philosophy of science and technology
are welcome. A short abstract (one page maximum) should be submitted by
March 1, 2004, to the program committee:

Abstracts may be submitted electronically in an e-mail message, or as
attachment. Paper is of course also welcome at the address above.

Graduate students are encouraged to participate.  Following our
tradition, graduate students who present a paper may request partial
subsidy for lodging from the Midwest Junto.

becomes available: http://junto.lindahall.org. (N.B. this Web page may
be available until the week of January 19.)

Conference Registration
The cost of registration is $25.

Junto Banquet

The traditional Junto banquet will be held on Saturday evening, April 3.
The cost is $30. Please indicate on the form below if you require a
vegetarian meal. Registration for the banquet must be received by March
26.
