Poster presentation
A poster is typically a collection of printed pages or images mounted on poster board, but those with access to large-format printers may prefer to produce a single document. The final poster size should NOT exceed 150 x 100 centimetres (approximately 60 inches x 40 inches). There will be scheduled sessions in which authors will be expected to stand by their posters and discuss their work with attendees. They may wish to bring printed technical reports or other material to hand out; they are also encouraged to bring their laptop computers, in order to show images, play animations, and run interactive demos. At the conference, contributors are expected to mount their posters for attendees to view. Poster boards, pushpins and other material needed for posting your poster will be provided by the conference organization. Although the presentation will be in the form of a poster, the submission itself should be in the form of an abstract (max. 300 words) describing the work.
