UPDATE (10/11/04):

• If you have not completed and sent in your travel reimbursement form, please remember to do that as soon as possible. Please don't forget to sign and date your form and include all original receipts. If you need a travel reimbursement form (it was included in your registration packet) or have questions about filling it out, please contact Ilein Weins in the UC Davis Philosophy Department. For other questions about graduate student funding, contact Matt Haber.

UPDATE (9/16):

• All registrants should have received an informational email packet from Matt Haber.  If you did not receive one, please contact him.
• All registrants, even if not awarded any support, should bring travel receipts and/or airplane tickets/stubs.  The organizers are still working to secure more funding and any reimbursements will require travel documentation.

Registration is closed and travel award determinations have been made. If you received a travel award and are attending FDISH, please remember to bring airline tickets/receipts and stubs to the workshop. All travel award monies will be processed at the workshop.
